With a capacity of between 300 epm and 1200 cpm with four-, six-, eight-, or twelve-fold tooling, the rotary cap liner handles diameter ranges of between 32 mm and 89 mm. It features a horizontal belt infeed with infeed worm and infeed star, together with a circular compound distribution system.
Lined ends are reproducible because the operator-friendly menus feature a size-dependent parameter memory that is accessed when changing to a different size.
The nozzle positions of the lining guns can be adjusted separately. A threaded spindle is used to set both the radial direction (diameter setting) and the axial direction (gun height).
The gunstar stationary cap liner
This system consists of a stationary cap liner with two lining heads per unit and one infeed lane for each head.
