High-speed sheet-feed presses.
The production speed of an endmaking line can be significantly increased with the integration of a sheet-feed press.
UNIPRESS, our sheet-feed press, is capable of producing up to 8 ends in one stroke. Via conveyor system the ends are transported to the curling machines operating in parallel. Further down the line, compound liners and drying ovens apply the compound and dry it on each end.
Since a manual quality control becomes impossible at such high production speed, our endmaking lines are equipped with a video monitoring and inspection system.
