New compeel® composite peel-off lids.

With compeel®, Soudronic launches a new generation of peel-off ends for two- and three-piece cans.

The compeel® system uses a new, peelable composite film that substantially reduces foil costs and makes the cans used by the food and beverage industry easier to open than ever before. compeel® ends can be autoclaved at temperatures of up to 130° C.

The development of the peelable composite film was a joint venture between Soudronic and Switzerland-based composite specialists O. Kleiner AG. This company invented an affordable, puncture resistant multi-layer solution that is also ideal for printing.
